TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within four weeks of Opera Villa booking being made.
Full invoice to be paid no less than 60 calendar days prior to arrival.
A security damage bond may be charged to your credit card and refunded upon your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Any promotional rates are valid for new bookings only. You are unable to change to a promotional rate with a current booking.
Your credit card will be required at time of booking, but will not be charged. At this time and due to regulations we are only able to accept bank transfer to an AUD bank account.
No changes are permitted within 60 days of travel.
The booking date can only be changed to an alternative date within 120 days of the original booking date.
An amendment fee of IDR Rp.1,000,000 applies for each change made to your booking within 59 days of original check-in.
Changes are subject to any rate difference. If the amended dates show a lower rate, no refunds or credits are provided. Any higher rate difference is to be paid by the guest.
Please refer to your travel insurance policy to cover any acts of nature such as: earthquakes, floods, pandemics, flight or booking cancellations etc. Travel insurance is recommended and we will refer you to your travel policy should you need to cancel your booking. We can issue you with a cancellation letter.
Our apologies, we will no longer be able to offer any further changes/credit considerations.
If the stay is shortened for any reason once checked-in, no refunds, credits or changes of dates will be permitted.
